Recovery Is Happening (“RIH”) is Minnesota’s leading non-profit, full-service Recovery Community Organizations. We mobilize and develop resources within and outside of the recovery community in public education, policy advocacy and is a peer-based recovery support service, we are solution focused with a primary focus on mobilizing individual and community resources to promote recovery, through a menu of service or models of care that best fits the needs of the individual. The RCO embraces all pathways to recovery. Evidence shows that extended access to recovery services increases quality of outcomes.
