Family Promise Rochester

Family Promise Rochester works to help low-income families and families experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. We are working to transform the lives of families experiencing homelessness because we believe every child deserves a home.

Family Promise Rochester currently offers three core programs to assist families facing housing insecurity or homelessness: eviction prevention, shelter for up to 13 families at the Promise House, and stabilization. Our programs and services focus around five key elements represented by the five points of the star in our logo: shelter, prevention, stabilization, community, and promise.

We meet families where they are: working to prevent homelessness, during a crisis, and after housing is secured.
