What We Do
St. Croix Hospice offers end-of-life care choice and advocacy to residents, families, and caregivers who live in across the mid-west. An award-winning organization, St. Croix Hospice has generated a reputation of quality care through a team approach where focus is on the patient, caregiver, and family. It is this patient centered mission and organic word-of-mouth prompting that has led St. Croix Hospice to serve a multi-state area.
St. Croix Hospice has a unique program that brings personalized, high-quality services to increasingly underserved populations as well as those more commonly known to access end-of-life care.
St. Croix Hospice offers many unique volunteer opportunities depending on your personal experience and preferences:

- Bereavement Support families during the 13-month period following the death of a hospice patient, through mailings, support groups and events. Provide information to bereaved families about upcoming grief support and community resources and makes referrals to the bereavement team.
- Virtual Provide support to hospice patients and their loved ones virtually via computer and/or phone such as checking on their supply, medication and equipment needs. Virtual Tuck-In Volunteers will help with anticipating patient, family and caregiver needs and filling requests to set them up with what they need for the weekend.
