First organized as an annual event in 2010 in recognition of World Refugee Day, Walk Around the World is an International festival that seeks to connect people in a sharing of cultural expressions.
The festival will present an authentic representation of distinct cultures through food, products and services for sale, interactive activities and educational displays, and performing arts. The day’s festivities begin with an opening ceremony and conclude with a late-night movie. Experience the sights, sounds and smells of cultures from around the world.
