Ability Building Center is looking for volunteers to help us make Celebrating Abilities a success. Below is a list of areas and times for which we have openings. Please indicate which time slots you are interested in. If there is a specific activity within a time slot let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
On the day of the event all volunteers will need to report to the volunteer table to receive their specific job duty.
9:00 - Noon
Transport items from ABC
Set-up activities (Cafeteria, Kitchen
Decorations
Noon - 4:00 (2 hour segments)
Registration and Tickets
Auction and Raffle
Food Service
Games and Activities
Facility monitors
Film ticket takers
4:00 - 6:30
Auction Tally and Pick-up Set-Up
Kitchen and Cafeteria Break Down
After-Party Room Set-Up
