Description

Running Start for School Volunteer Engagement Opportunity!

United Way of Olmsted County's Running Start for School program is a community-wide backpack and school supply drive that aims to ensure every student has access to a backpack and brand new school supplies as they start each school year. When students have the tools they need to succeed in school, they score better on tests, increase their attendance, and are more likely to graduate on time. For over decade, United Way of Olmsted County has provided thousands of backpacks to students enrolled in participating schools.
