Olmsted Medical Center strives to create a relaxing and caring environment for patients and guests. One way we do this is by offering complementary refreshments in our Outpatient Services waiting area.
This is offered Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 10:00am.
At the start of your shift, you will pick up the beverage cart from Café 49 at the main hospital entrance and take it to the 2nd floor Outpatient waiting area. You will help serve hot beverages and offer a small snack, help answer basic questions and offer directions within the hospital, sometimes even walking a person to their desired location.
This is a low-stress volunteer position, but one that is vital to our mission of partnering for better health and better lives.
