The Center for Integration and Mediation Services (CIMS) is a 501c3 non-profit corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to support both new immigrants and communities as whole. the corporation is based and functions in Minnesota, and advocates for the betterment and integration of all individuals into the local economy. The Center for Integration and Mediation Services (CIMS) provides unique, results oriented, approaches in support of immigrants and the community. The CIMS will meet client educational needs by providing high quality, results focused, education, conducted by certified educators. Integration services will foster connection between the immigrant community and other communities enabling full engagement in American life for the immigrants and their community. Mediation services will deal with resolving cultural disconnects between individuals and groups within the immigrant community.

The three primary focuses of Center for Integration and Mediation Services (CIMS) are education, integration, and mediation. CIMS will focus on educational services which bring superior quality and better results than from competing organizations. CIMS integration services will focus on engaging and integrating with other communities to meet all of the challenges facing the new immigrant and the immigrant community. When stumbling blocks or conflicts arise mediation services with assist in coming to a resolution without damaging relationships or becoming engaged with the law.
