Center City Housing (Silver Creek Corner)

Center City Housing develops owns and manages affordable housing properties for those most in need, but in truth, we're here to help people move on with their lives. With our support, people in Rochester, St. Cloud, and Duluth and around Minnesota are able to find access to stable housing and affordable rent. But we do more than put a roof over their heads, we link them to services that will help them find stability in life. Center City Housing Corp. has done $20 million in housing developments since 1986 around the state.  

In Rochester we have developed and operate all aspects of Silver Creek Corner a 40 be facility for difficult to serve chronically homeless adult singles.  We also do property management at The Francis.  These programs are run in coordination with Olmsted County and many other partners. We are also working on youth and family homelessness with the Gage East project with other projects on the horizon.
