Who We Are

MN Rush provides opportunities for over 5000 youth in Rochester and our surrounding communities to learn and play soccer at all levels. We depend on volunteers to organize and coach our youth. We provide soccer leagues and camps for recreational, competitive, indoor, and TOP players.

What We Do

Minnesota Rush is a non-profit organization supporting and promoting the game of soccer for all youth in Rochester, MN and the surrounding communities. Our goals are to promote good sportsmanship and participation of MN Rush youth in organized soccer that is fun, healthy, and educational. We strive to provide athletic development and training at all levels of talent and desire. Programs include Recreation Soccer, Traveling Soccer, and TOP Soccer. Fuad Mansour, the "Father" of Rochester Youth Soccer, was instrumental in the growth and popularity of soccer in the Rochester community. Fun, participation, volunteerism and skill development were his basic tenants, that we continue to follow today. Next year MN Rush will celebrate it's 46th anniversary. The first year there were 160 players, growing to over 1000 players within 5 years and now we're over 5000 players in all of our programs. We were one of the first clubs in our state to implement small-sided games in 1996. We added high school recreational soccer in 2002, Fall recreational soccer in 2003 and last winter we had our first Select Academy - an indoor program focused on skill building. All of this happens because of the more than 1000 volunteer coaches and many more who organize and referee the games.
