Three Rivers Community Action, Inc.

The agency is a rural private non-profit corporation which mobilizes private and public resources to empower families and individuals to improve their economic well-being; encourages the best use of local resources to combat poverty through coordination of efforts and involvement of the poor and disenfranchised; and assists communities in improving economic conditions for the betterment of all residents.

Three Rivers Community Action, Inc., a private non-profit corporation, works with community partners to address basic human needs of people in our service area, thereby improving the quality of life of the individual, family and community. Three Rivers Community Action was incorporated in 1966 as Goodhue-Rice-Wabasha Citizens Action Council. In 1994, its name was changed to Three Rivers Community Action, Inc.
