Who We Are

The LINK program (Living IN-dependently with Knowledge) works with youth ages 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk for homelessness.  

What We Do

Some of our services include case management services, housing support, street outreach, Life Skills Group, Financial Literacy, Peer support, and Rochester Youth Leadership Council.  

LINK serves Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Martin, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha, and Winona counties.
