Career Fair Volunteers

We have an exciting Career Fair, exclusively for 4^th and 5^th graders and their parents, happening on Monday, March 4^th! This event will be held at the Boys & Girls Club, 1026 E Center Street, from 4pm to 8pm.

We are looking for volunteers to help in the following ways:

• Check-in Table Volunteers – Mar. 4^th, 3:30pm-4:30pm – 4 volunteers needed – Volunteers will check-in participants on the list and hand out info packets.
• Mingle Activity Volunteers – Mar. 4^th, 3:30pm - 4:30pm – 8 volunteers needed – Volunteers will need to complete 1 hour of training prior to the event. Training sessions are available at 4pm and 6pm on Friday, March 1^st (other sessions may be available on Sunday if Friday does not work with a volunteer’s availability). Training will give volunteers the practice they need to run one of four activities: Cup Stack, Follow My Lead Drawing, Critical Thinking, or Productivity.
• Event Activity Volunteers – Mar. 4^th, 4:30pm - 6:30pm – 2 volunteers needed – Volunteers will need to complete 1 hour of training prior to the event. Training sessions are available at 4pm and 6pm on Friday, March 1^st (other sessions may be available on Sunday if Friday does not work with a volunteer’s availability). Training will give volunteers the practice they need to leads kids in playing Jeopardy or the Game of Life activities.
