United Way of Southeast Minnesota is looking for volunteers to help with the upcoming event, Imagination Fest. Join us to make this event a success! Whether you’re able to assist with set-up, event day activities, or tear-down, we’d love to have you join us. Multiple shifts are available across Friday and Saturday.
Set-Up | Friday, March 20
First Shift | 1:30–3:00 pm
10–15 volunteers able to assist with lifting and hauling
- Remove and store Pipsqueaks equipment
- Unload and set up tables, chairs, and other event equipment
Second Shift | 2:00–6:00 pm (flexible
timing available)
Up to 6 volunteers to assist with décor and space preparation
- Arrange and set up booth spaces
- Hang décor and signage
- Prepare and place event materials and collateral
Event Day | Saturday, March 21
First Shift | 7:00–10:00 am
Up to 10 volunteers
- Float to assist Station Hosts as needed
- Staff the Book Table
- Assist in the Book Nook
Second Shift | 10:00 am–1:00 pm
Up to 10 volunteers
- Float to assist Station Hosts
- Staff the Book Table
- Assist in the Book Nook
Third Shift (Tear Down) | 1:00–3:30 pm
10–15 volunteers able to assist with lifting and hauling
- Break down tables, chairs, and event equipment
- Move stored Pipsqueaks equipment back to the gym
