About the Program This program provides emergency cash assistance in the form of gift cards and vouchers. The assistance can only be accessed once per quarter and is intended to provide a safety net for our neighbors in need.
What You'll Do
- Check phone messages, return calls and set up appointments for clients
- Meet with clients, establish or establish their paperwork, dispense gift cards
Time Commitment Tuesdays and Thursdays, half-days either morning or afternoon.
What We're Looking For
- Minimal computer and phone skills
- Comfort interacting respectfully and warmly with families from diverse cultural backgrounds
- No prior experience required, just a willingness to serve!
