Revolutionary Earth delivers boxes of fresh, local produce to food insecure households in Rochester.
Drivers must have a valid driver's license and insurance for the vehicle they will use for delivery. Drivers with a permit can drive for us, but must be accompanied by a driver with a valid driver's license who holds insurance on the vehicle being used. You will be asked to provide your driver's license number in the signup.
We highly recommend driving with one other person. Driving goes quicker with two drivers. Drivers should expect to carry loads of 20 lbs. and be capable of walking up flights of stairs. Drivers also need a working cell phone with them at all times.
Drivers will receive routes via email 24 hours ahead of time and the details will be confirmed upon pick up of the boxes. Drivers will receive email and phone support if needed. Drivers pick up the produce boxes at the west side of People of Hope Church and are asked to return their boxes to the shed at the church when their route is complete.
