Greeter – VITA

As a Greeter, you are the welcoming face of our organization. You set the tone for a positive, organized, and supportive experience while helping ensure each client receives timely, attentive service.

What You’ll Do

• Warmly welcome clients and check them in upon arrival
• Distribute intake forms and surveys if needed to ensure a smooth start
• Keep the waiting area informed and engaged with clear, helpful communication
• Coordinate appointment flow so clients are assisted in the appropriate order
• Contact clients who are running late and assist with rescheduling when needed

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating a seamless, stress-free experience for every taxpayer who walks through the door.

Training & Preparation

You’ll be fully prepared to succeed with a focused, 2½-hour training session held in January.
