Family Service Rochester coordinates Meals on Wheels 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and we're in need of help. Volunteers can choose their schedule, and it's extremely flexible. Opt to help once a week, once a month, or just when it fits your calendar. We use an online volunteer portal where you and other volunteers can sign up for open routes when you can.
Meals on Wheels (MOW) volunteers deliver a nutritious meal, along with a friendly smile, to those receiving meals on their route.
