Senior Café is a gathering place for older adults where a nutritious mid-day meal is served with others. Attendees enjoy meeting up with friends and participating in social activities that allow seniors to remain active and connected to the community while meeting their nutritional needs.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer opportunities are available at Senior Café for youth, families, and individuals. Activities include setting tables, serving our seniors, visiting and socializing, and meal cleanup.
Senior Café takes place every Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday in Byron from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Volunteers would help with the setup, serving, and cleanup for the noon meal.
**Volunteer needs to be comfortable working independently. Training is provided.
